Jaipur: The integrity of the electoral process in the Hindi Heartland has faced another blow. A viral audio recording from Jaipur, Rajasthan, features a Booth Level Officer (BLO) being pressurized to selectively delete voters from the Muslim community.

The Conversation

In the clip, the BLO is heard speaking to an individual who instructs him to target specific localities. Instead of complying, the official pushes back, asserting his duty to the Constitution and daring the caller to take action against him. “I will not do wrong work,” he is heard saying.

The Pattern of Disenfranchisement

This incident provides the “smoking gun” for allegations that have been swirling across North India.

In UP: Data showed higher deletions in minority seats.

In MP: A massive purge of 42 lakh voters was justified as “routine.”

In Rajasthan: We now have audio evidence of the intent behind the purge.

Chaupal’s Take:

This BLO is a whistleblower. His resistance highlights that the “System” is under attack, but there are still individuals within it holding the line. The Election Commission must immediately trace the caller. Attempting to influence a BLO is an attempt to steal the mandate.
